After a national search, Free Speech Coalition (FSC) is pleased to announce that we have hired our first federal lobbyist, Aubrey C. King. He is a skilled and tenacious lobbyist, a Certified Association Executive, and a John Hopkins University Master of Political Science and Economics.
Mr. King brings strong a strong record of professional achievement in government and public affairs to the position, more than a decade of lobbying and coalition building experience in Washington D.C. He is well known and respected in the Washington DC government affairs and trade association communities, and among top national government officials. Senate Subcommittee Launches Offensive on Obscenity

 WASHINGTON - According to a handout from Morality in Media, more than 50,000 complaints of obscenity were filed with various United States attorneys around the country from June 2002 to February 2005 – and that’s something a good conservative senator would want to do something about.
That seems as likely a reason as any that Senator Sam Brownback (R-Kan.) convened a hearing today before the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights and Property Rights.
